Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct one at no charge.

Order Cancellations
